Compliance Checks - Anti Money Laundering
Compliance checks are regulated by the HMRC and are a mandatory requirement.
On the onboarding page, on the right hand side there is a compliance check box.
Click on “Submit A Check”
Fill out as many details as you can on this page.
Please remember that you MUST have all members of the property already set up before you submit this form. By only having 1 of the two owners on here will seriously delay the onboarding process.
When you have filled this out, Smart Compliance (our third party company we use) will arrange a phone call with the owners to go through the next steps.
Before the call, you must advise the owners that there will be a charge to this check of £65.
