Creating An Offer
Go into the viewing section of street and find the viewing the offer is related to.
Once you have found the viewing, go to the top right hand corner, click on “Create” and then “Sales Offer”.
Enter the amount they wish to offer in the relevant field.
Enter the position of the buyer i.e need to sell, sold, chain free etc.
Enter the financial situation of the buyer i.e cash buyer, mortgage etc.
If the offer is subject to leaving furniture for example i.e a hot tub or shed, then leave this information in the “additional information” section underneath.
