Going Live On Portals
You have done all of the hard work by now.
- Signed contracts
- Compliance checks
- Booked Photos
- Property description
- Sent to seller for confirmation they are happy
You are now ready to go live on the property portals.
Street has integrated it’s software with all of our portals, so it is just a matter of checking over your work again and following these next steps;
In the top right corner, click on “Edit” and scroll down to “Make available for sale”.
Make sure the price is correct and then click “Save Sales Listing”.
Click on “Publish” which will give you the option to go live straight away or you can add a date and time the owner would prefer to go live.
