When an offer is accepted by both parties and all relevant affordability checks and compliance checks have been done, the next stage is to send a “Memorandum Of Sale” (MoS) to the solicitors to start organising draft contracts and ordering a survery for the property.
In order to send the MoS, you will need the following from both parties (buyer AND seller)
Solicitor Name
Solicitor Address
Case Handler Name
Case Handler Email
Case Handler Telephone number
Go onto “Sales” tab on the left, which will open up the following sales which are sold subject to contract
Click on the relevant property you are adding the details of the solicitor for.
At the top of the page near the property image, you will find two tabs. Owner/Solicitor & Applicant/Solicitor
Click on the solicitor tab and enter the full details which will then show like the image above.
Once you have filled out the solicitors details, Go into “Memo of Sale” at the top of the page and click send.
It will give you the option to send to four email addresses (or 6 depending on the amount of people involved).
