By submitting a referral through the official form at https://xchangeproperties.co.uk/referral , you agree to the following terms: You (the referrer) will receive 20% of Xchange Properties’ sales fee, up to a maximum of £500, once the referred property has legally completed through our agency. This offer applies only to new customers not already registered or in contact with Xchange Properties at the time of referral. Only genuine referrals will be accepted, and both parties must give consent for contact. One reward is issued per successful property sale, and payments are made via bank transfer within 30 days of legal completion and full receipt of fees. Referrals submitted outside the official form or made retrospectively are not eligible. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
