Hi,

My name is Michael Hayes, and I am one of the founders of Xchange Properties.

Since 2020, I have specialised in the luxury property market and understand that exceptional marketing is essential to achieving the best results when selling a home. When I established Xchange Properties, my goal was to create a service that truly stands apart from traditional High Street agencies. Rather than working with a large number of clients, we intentionally partner with only a select few at any given time, ensuring each client receives our full attention and the highest standard of service.

Outside of work, I value time with my wife and two children. We enjoy family adventures exploring the outdoors, as well as the occasional cozy movie day at home.
